I bought 2 barbasol electric shavers, model cbr1-002 and both stopped working within 30 days

I bought a barbasol electric razor in December of 2021 and it stopped working less than 30 days later, I then purchased another one again from Walmart in June if 2022 and it stopped working todaydo not buy these electric razors

Blade head fell apart

I have a Barbasol Men's Rotary shaver Model # CBR1-1002. I was cleaning the Blade Head and it fell apart. What is the cost of a replacement head? The shaver is only 4-5 months old.

The product came out as a liquid. All I got was a short message on how to use product. No assurance that the issue would be checked out to see if quality control was the issue! Only suggestion was to take it in for a refund. It was like they didnt believe me. Felt my time reporting this was a waste of my time!

I bought a set of your junk clippers.

I bought a barbasol hair clipper kit on September 26,2020. I bought them at City Trends in Anderson, Indians. These clippers were used one time on my oldest sons hair and they did nothing but pull his hair and the blades kept sliding. Granted these were a brand new pair of clippers just taken out of the box. Well at that time my son did not bother to tell me how these clippers had pretty much had assaulted his head and last night I tried to get ready to use them on my youngest sons head not being aware of what had happened to my oldest son. I can't believe any company would sell such disgraceful merchandise. I always have thought so highly of your company and am totally and utterly shocked and dumbfounded that you would sell such a poor item to consumers. I would really appreciate a refund of my purchase price which was $24.99. I think that is the least that you owe me as a company for selling such a poor item to consumers. I will expect to hear something from your company within 24 hours and if I don't have a response then I will be forced to make the public aware of your very poor business practices. Also I am quite sure this is not the first time that this has been brought to your attention. I would suggest you take the time and effort to carry and manufacture a product that is worth having.
